GUEST TERMS OF SERVICE
Welcome to The Tudor on Homewood. We are delighted to host you and look forward to providing a refined and comfortable stay. These Terms of Service ensure clarity, peace of mind, and the protection of both our guests and our property. By confirming your reservation, you agree to the following:
1. Reservation & Payment
Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of full payment (or deposit, if agreed in writing).
A refundable security deposit of $500 will be held for the duration of your stay. This deposit covers damages, loss, or violation of house rules and will be returned within 7 business days of departure if no deductions are required.
Payments are accepted via major credit card or wire transfer.
2. Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in: After 3:00 PM. Early check-in may be accommodated upon request, subject to availability.
Check-out: By 11:00 AM. Late check-out requests must be approved in advance and may incur additional fees.
Access: Secure entry instructions will be provided 48 hours before arrival.
3. Guest Requirements
The primary guest must be 25 years or older and is responsible for the conduct of all occupants.
Only registered guests may stay overnight. Additional overnight guests without approval may result in forfeiture of the security deposit.
A valid government-issued ID and signed rental agreement are required before arrival.
4. Use of Property
The property is intended for residential and executive use only. Events, parties, or large gatherings are not permitted unless explicitly approved in writing.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, in respect of neighbours and local bylaws.
No smoking or vaping indoors. Outdoor smoking is permitted only in designated areas.
Pets are welcome only with prior approval, additional cleaning fee, and signed pet waiver.
5. Housekeeping & Maintenance
The home is professionally cleaned prior to each arrival. For longer stays, mid-week housekeeping can be arranged upon request.
Guests are asked to leave the property in a respectful condition (e.g., dishes rinsed, garbage placed in designated bins).
Any maintenance issues or damages should be reported immediately so they may be promptly resolved.
6. Damage, Liability & Insurance
Guests are financially responsible for any loss or damage during their stay. Costs exceeding the security deposit will be charged to the primary guest.
The Tudor on Homewood and its owners are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings. Travel insurance is recommended.
By booking, guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless the property and its owners from any claims arising from use of the premises.
7. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Full refund if canceled 30+ days before arrival.
50% refund if canceled 14–29 days before arrival.
No refund if canceled within 13 days of arrival.
In cases of unforeseen events (natural disaster, government restrictions, force majeure), the property is not liable for costs incurred outside the reservation.
8. Compliance
Guests must adhere to all municipal bylaws, and these terms.
Any violation may result in immediate termination of stay without refund.
9. Privacy & Security
Exterior security cameras are in place for guest safety. There are no cameras inside the property.
Guest information is handled with strict confidentiality and in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
10. Enhancements & Services
To elevate your stay, we are pleased to offer concierge services upon request, including:

Transportation & airport transfers
Business amenities (enhanced Wi-Fi, office equipment, meeting support)
