ABOUT THE TUDOR ON HOMEWOOD
The Tudor represents a collaboration between two of the area's premier renovation firms, LC Design Co. and Home and Haven. The guiding purpose of our work is two-fold—reviving historic properties and creating environments meant to be experienced and shared.

At the heart of our work is a deep respect for the homes we restore—honoring their character and charm while transforming them into intentional spaces for guests and gatherings. Beginning with the Tudor on Homewood, our vision is to create intimate, elevated stays through high-quality design, construction, and curation. Every detail, down to the smallest corner, has been approached with intention and care.
We are passionate about reusing high-quality materials and antiques, artfully marrying the old with the new to create something truly memorable. As a result, you may notice slight imperfections—traces of an evolving story—that we've embraced as part of the home’s unique identity. Our suites offer more than just a place to stay—they provide a refined yet relaxed setting for retreat and reconnection, as well as a beautiful backdrop for meaningful moments.

Since we are always working to expand and improve the Tudor on Homewood, the experience is ever-evolving as we bring the once-neglected property back to life. Up next, two more units, an overhaul of the garage, new exterior decking, and in Spring 2026, an English-style garden.
